That work meant living inside the same broken handoffs many service teams deal with — leads coming in through forms, email, and a CRM, with no reliable way to make sure every one got followed up on before it went cold.

That experience led directly to OpsFlowWorks: a practice built to fix the lead, onboarding, and reporting workflows that break down across the tools B2B service teams already use — not by replacing those tools, but by automating the handoffs between them.
