How much does this cost?

Pricing is scoped per engagement, based on which workflow we're fixing and how complex it is. Book a Workflow Audit and you'll get a clear, specific quote before any work starts — no generic packages.

Do you have case studies or client examples?

OpsFlowWorks is early-stage, so there isn't a library of case studies yet. What you get instead is a low-risk way to start: the Workflow Audit identifies one concrete fix before any larger commitment, so you can see the approach working on your own operation first.

What tools do you work with?

We work with the tools your team already has — common CRMs, email platforms, spreadsheets, forms, and reporting tools — rather than asking you to switch systems.

How long does an audit or automation take?

The audit itself is a short, focused engagement. Implementation timelines depend on the workflow, and you'll get a specific estimate as part of the audit.

What happens after the audit?

You get a clear, scoped recommendation for the highest-impact workflow to fix. If it makes sense to move forward, we build and hand off that automation as a follow-on engagement.

Will my team be able to maintain this without you?

Yes. Every automation is handed off with documentation your team can use and maintain — the goal is a workflow you understand, not a black box.
